Dr Lucky can carry out expert witness assessment, statements and testimony for court in relation to civil or family court proceedings. He offers various forms of psychological assessment including:

• Psychological and cognitive assessment of Adults
• Psychological, cognitive and developmental assessment of children
• Assessment of mental health
• Psychological assessment in relation to civil matters
• Assessment in relation to attachment, trauma or care proceedings 

For medico-legal enquiries related to family court or parenting, Dr Lucky works under the supervision of Dr Miriam Silver, Consultant Clinical Psychologist at LifePsychol Ltd. As such, these enquiries will be contracted through LifePsychol ltd. Dr Lucky has been doing psychological assessments of adults and children under the supervision of Dr Silver and since obtaining his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and he has specialised in children with social and/or developmental adversity, particularly those who are have experienced abuse or poor early care, and/or live outside of their family of origin. Dr Lucky has developed expertise in assessing and working with attachment issues.

For medico-legal enquiries related to civil matters, Dr Lucky specialises in post-traumatic stress disorder and psychological difficulties as a result of sustain injuries (e.g., road traffic accidents).
