About me

Hi, my name is Ayesha and I am a BABCP qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I appreciate you taking time out to visit our page and hope you find what you’re looking for with your journey.

I have nearly 10 years of experience working within a range of NHS settings, working with a diverse range of clients in inpatient hospitals and the community. I have mostly specialised with working with children with neurodevelopmental conditions, women that have experienced complex trauma and adults with common mental health difficulties in the community.

My ethos

My passion is truly with helping people be the best version of themselves by enhancing their mental health by empowering them. A key part of my approach is understanding all the elements that make us who we are, holding in mind our diversities and life experiences. With this in mind, I aim to work collaboratively alongside you in a meaningful way to understand your hopes and goals through change.

    • BSc Psychology

My main approach is working in line with the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Framework. Alongside these I have developed knowledge, skills and experience using other approaches which can assist my delivery and understanding clients

  • Dialectal Behavioural Therapy Skills
